REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal (14 days) If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, email info@lymbre.shop with your order number and your intention to return the item.

How to return After you contact us we will send you the return instructions. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and well packaged, because the products are fragile.

Return shipping Lymbre covers the cost of return shipping for withdrawals made within the 14-day period.

Refunds We refund the price paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days after we receive the item back or you show proof that you have sent it. The refund goes to the original payment method. Refunds for items returned damaged through the customer's fault, or with a loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them, may be reduced as permitted by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@lymbre.shop with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Legal guarantee Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country (in Spain, three years for new goods).

Natural materials Our root wood and stone are natural materials. Grain, color and shape vary from piece to piece, and this variation is not a defect.
