1. Seller This website is operated by Fortius Novalis S.L. (trading as Lymbre), CIF B26986505, Plaza del Carmen, 28013 Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@lymbre.shop.

2. Orders and contract When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error.

3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Discount codes Discount codes apply to eligible products, cannot be redeemed for cash and may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future orders.

5. Products We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Root wood and stone are natural materials, so each piece differs in shape, grain and color. Photos may show styling items that are not included. Dimensions are approximate.

6. Shipping, withdrawal and guarantee Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and our Refund and return policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property The content of this website, including texts, images and logos, belongs to Lymbre or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without our consent.

8. Liability Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
